Enter your event postcode in our calculator for an indicative each-way price. It uses the same estimator as our FAQs and is based on one vehicle.
Your official quote confirms the delivery and collection charges for your order. Vehicle requirements, access, additional crew, setup and special timings can affect the final price.

01 / DELIVERED BY OUR TEAM
Our standard service is ground-floor, door-to-door delivery and collection, Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm.
Tell us your event date, venue and required delivery and collection dates when requesting a quote. If your venue needs a specific time, another floor or an out-of-hours visit, let us know so we can quote for the arrangements.
Setup is available by quotation. Please discuss it with us in advance so the right team and time are included.
02 / YOUR CUSTOMER HUB
Use the private Customer Hub link we send you to review your booking details, delivery and collection dates, address and the access information you’ve supplied.
When your route is active, Track my order lets you see live delivery progress. Delivery and collection records can also show timings, proof images, signatures and any item exceptions recorded by our team.
Keep your Hub link private. If you need help finding it or updating your arrangements, contact our hire team.
03 / SELF-COLLECTION & RETURN
If you’re collecting or returning your hire yourself, use Book or manage my slots in your Customer Hub or booking link to choose an available 30-minute appointment.
Check your appointment date, time and allocated bay before travelling. On arrival, use your check-in link, then stay in your vehicle and our team will come out to you. If you’re outside your appointment window, call 01923 773 611.

04 / VENUE ACCESS & SETUP
Let us know about vehicle-size limits, parking restrictions, the unloading distance, stairs and the floor we’re delivering to. If there’s a lift, please check the equipment will fit.
For marquees, tell us about access to the installation area, space for vehicles and crew, and any underground services or ground risks. Include any different access arrangements for collection.
Share these details through your booking process and contact us if anything changes before the event.
