Corporate Party Planner Service
Our corporate party planning service starts with your brief. Communicate your objectives, audience, number of guests, location, timing and additional requirements.
Following your detailed brief, W.A. Carr & Son will present a plan for the party. This will include design concepts, suitable themes and key elements such as decoration, entertainment and refreshments. Security, staffing and the briefing of these teams can undertaken by us. We will also pay attention to the finishing touches such as goodie bags and arranging taxis to take your guests home afterwards.
Our event equipment hire department can provide furniture, dancefloors, gazebos and marquees. The venue dressing decorations include balloons, to lighting and backdrops. We can entertain your guests with interactive elements such as a photobooth or gaming arcade. A specialist team can set up the sound system and AV equipment and book a DJ. Catering for a formal dinner, buffet or canapés can be arranged along with a bar.
