Transforming Barhale’s 2024 Summer Celebration

Delivering excellence for a bi-annual Staff Summer Event for one of the UK’s top civil engineering companies.

WA Carr & Son were commissioned to deliver a premium outdoor event solution for Barhale’s annual Summer Celebration in 2024. The brief called for an elegant and comfortable space that combined modern practicality with rustic charm — transforming the historic Coach House grounds into a stylish venue for staff and guests to relax, dine, and celebrate together.

Luxury Amenities

  • Two high-spec 4 + 2 toilet trailers.
  • Power generation and full event-site power distribution.
  • Non-foldable picnic benches and rustic cube benches.
  • Rustic coffee tables, wooden barrels, and straw bales.
  • Limewash Chiavari chairs with ivory pads for formal dining.

Setup & Logistics

Barhale required a complete marquee, AV, and furniture hire package that reflected their brand values and provided a high-quality, weather-resilient environment. The project demanded:

  • A coordinated setup across multiple zones (main dining, bar, and lounge areas).
  • Premium facilities including toilets, power distribution, and covered structures.
  • Cohesive design with both formal and informal seating options.

Health & Safety

Full RAMS procedures, onsite management, and environmental controls ensuring the highest safety standards. On site medics and security for event duration.
