Setup and technical support must be discussed and quoted in advance. Do not assume they are included with delivery.

Can I connect my own laptop?
Tell us the laptop model and available output connections when you enquire. We will confirm a suitable connection and whether any cables or adaptors need to be added to your hire.
Can the screens be used outdoors?
Do not assume an indoor TV is suitable for outdoor use. Tell us about the location and conditions so we can discuss the appropriate screen format and any weather, light or installation requirements.
Can I hire sound equipment as well?
Yes. Browse our AV and production range or include speakers and microphones in your enquiry. Let us know whether you need speech, music or audio from your presentation.
How do I request a quote?
Choose your hire items and quantities online, then provide your dates and event details. Alternatively, contact our team for help specifying the equipment. We check availability before issuing an official quote; an enquiry does not reserve equipment.
