How far in advance should I book chair hire?

We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for summer weddings. For peak season (May–September), booking 6–12 months in advance ensures availability.

What is your minimum order for chair hire?

We do not have a set minimum, but delivery charges are based on quantity and location. Get in touch and we can advise on the most cost-effective approach for your event.

Do you deliver and collect the chairs?

Yes all chair hire can include delivery to your venue and collection afterwards. Setup and arrangement can be added as part of a wider event hire package.

Can I hire chairs alongside tables and other equipment?

Absolutely. We offer a full range including tables, linen, crockery, glassware, lighting and dancefloors. Everything in one order for a single delivery and collection.

Are the chairs suitable for outdoor use?

Some chairs can be used outdoors under shelter such as a marquee. We advise against leaving chairs exposed to heavy rain. Speak to our team for guidance.

Do you offer chair covers or sashes?
